Hotel Dinner

The evening begins in the Club Lounge with canapes and drinks from 6:30pm

Guests all sit down together at our Private Chef's Table for a 3 course meal at 7:30pm

The Hotel Menu changes daily and below is an example of one of the evening 3 course meals served

To Start

Pan-Fried Scallops

served with a chorizo sausage, sweetcorn salsa

finished with a coriander and lime dressing

 

Main Course

Confit Duck Leg

served with a smoked pork sausage cassoulet

garnished with a herb salad

 

To Finish

Classic Creme Caramel

served with brandy soaked prunes

complimented by an orange tuile
